Music Production
In my role as a Music Producer and Engineer for over 30 years...
I often leverage and integrate my skills and experiences from my role as Music Technologist with my role as Music Producer/Engineer. This helps all involved on a project by me being a more effective participant in music and video production. It is my goal to be a supportive partner in my client's Musical Journeys. By having access to all kinds of Microphones, Preamps, and Outboard toys, I often can quickly find the “right tool” for my Artists and Bands and “dial in” their sound.
- Help Musicians and Singers “dial in” their Drum, Bass, Guitar, and Vocal sounds that they are looking for.
- Specialize in “Era-specific” music for Tribute Bands. From The days of the Roaring 20s to Classic Grunge (and everything in between), I take the time to do the research. I will search for reliable sources (often involving lunches, dinners, phone calls, texts, and emails to those Producers and Engineers in the day making those records) and then try and find the closest Drums, Amps, Guitars, Mic Techniques, Vintage Mics, Preamps, Compressors, Limiters, EQs and Plugin Emulators on the Recording Project.
- Grateful and delighted to collaborate with Artists and Bands on Music Arrangement, Songwriting, and of course, help discover and “Produce” each one’s “unique sound”.
